1.make the forum a multi subject forum ,so it is not just tutorials
-more pepole may join then
2.you could get more staff to manage the forum-but be careful to chosse the right person,many pepole are hackersD

Wen there are more people on the forum, I will probably hire some mods
And I will search templates to make them availible
