Create a Userbar in PhotoshopFirst make a new file and make the background transparent. Next take the rectangle tool and make a rectangle anywhere, any size.
Now grab the magic wand tool and click on the rectangle so it is surrounded by "marching ants". Then, click on the gradient tool. There sould be a color bar. Click on that to edit the colors. Select the two colors that you want to be on your userbar. Try to make the colors look somewhat similar. Now draw a line from top to bottom of your bar.
Now create a new file and make the dimensions 3 by 3 pixels. Then zoom in to 1600 percent (the largest zoom). Grab the pencil tool and make three lines diagonal to each other starting from the top right corner to the bottom left corner.
Then go to edit define pattern and give it a name. Now go back to the userbar file. Create a new layer and press Ctrl + A to select everything. Now press Shift + F5. A new window should appear. On the first dropdown menu, select "pattern". Then select the pattern you just made. Then bring the opacity of the layer down to something that fits you.
Now for the font. Download this font and press the "click here to download" link. follow these instructions to install the font. Note: when you type the text, make sure it is 13pt.
Now after you have your text, time to add the "extra touch". Make a new layer and grab the elliptical marquee tool and make an oval about halfway through the userbar. Fill it with white and reduce the opacity of the layer to something that you like.
Now it's done!
